Elene Cafasso
Chicago Executive Coach

Elene Cafasso is a professionally trained Executive and Personal Coach, and President of Enerpace, Inc.  Elene works with Leaders to achieve their objectives in the areas most critical to their success: leadership development, team building, professional communication and organizational effectiveness.

Elene’s background has prepared her well for this work.  She holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago.  She spent 14 years in the Corporate world, holding positions at the Director level and above in both the banking and telecommunications industries.

Ms. Cafasso is also professionally trained as a coach, having graduated from CTI (The Coaches Training Institute), one of the only programs accredited by the International Coach Federation, the governing body of the coaching profession.  She is ACC certified by the International Coach Federation and a member of the International Association of Coaches, Coachville and the Chicago Coaching Alliance.

As a coach, Elene creates change for her clients by combining her goal-driven, results-oriented business background with her interpersonal, creative and intuitive abilities. Her coaching provides accountability, focus, structure, new perspectives and new challenges.

Susan Edlinger, M.Ed
Southern California Executive Coach

Susan Edlinger is a certified executive and professional coach specializing in integral coaching, a methodology of coaching that is focused on developing individuals to become long term excellent performers who are both self-correcting and self-generating in all areas of their lives.

For 25 years as Human Resource professional, trainer, consultant and coach, Susan has worked effectively with a wide range of individuals to achieve their professional and personal goals in complex organizations and personal lives.

Starting her career with UCLA Medical Center, Susan worked for 12 years in various roles, including labor & employee relations, training, and organizational development. In these positions, she worked closely with both top management and employees as a trusted advisor and coach in such diverse areas as conflict resolution, strategic planning, performance management, and leadership development.

Susan’s later experience includes four years directing her own business as a consultant in training, and organizational development. This experience was then enriched by several years working in high technology with such companies as Xircom, Intel, and Dassault Systems. Her positions included Manager of Human Resources and Training & Development.

Her most recent experience, before launching her private coaching practice, was as the Director of Training and Development for The Ryland Group, a national homebuilding and Fortune 500 company.

In addition to her training responsibilities, Susan was responsible for a $1,000,000 budget and directed the Executive Coaching program. In addition to Susan’s dedication to coaching, her other passions are her two sons, surfing, and creative writing. When she’s not coaching, Susan can often be found at dawn surfing with her sons at various California beaches.

Susan’s academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Counseling Education.

Lynne Goldberg, Master Certified Coach
New York Executive Coach

Lynne is a graduate of IPEC Coaching, a fully accredited coach training.  Lynne’s vast experience includes an invitation   to join Deloitte & Touche as the first external coach to penetrate their internal world of coaching. Within two weeks, Lynne hit the ground running, creating a workshop and training, which was presented––often by Lynne herself––to Deloitte’s 45,000 employees at all levels. Lynne was the number one requested coach and facilitator at Deloitte.

In addition to Deloitte, Lynne has worked for companies such as AECOM doing both Executive Coaching for negotiation and managerial skills as well as live Emotional Intelligence workshops.  She recently presented communication and negotiation skills to the Indiana CPA Society and completed a project for a Deloitte global team on virtual teaming and time management. In addition, she co-facilitated a 3 day Senior Global Manager/Director workshop for Childfund International, the largest children’s advocacy organization in the world.

In 2006, Lynne received the certification of Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the Internal Coach Federation, the highest degree awarded to coaches.  She has created several additional trainings, addressing current economic, generational and global challenges.

Cathy Groos
Dallas Executive Coach

Cathy Groos, owner and founder of CPG & Associates—Executive Coaching and Professional Development, is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach with 30 years business and people development experience.

Cathy’s experience ranges from Leadership roles in the IBM corporation, Executive role at Pritchett and Associates, a private Dallas-based firm that pioneers work in the design and implementation of change management and merger and acquisition integration strategy to her establishing 14 years ago, CPG & Associates.

In addition, Cathy is in her 15th year as an adjunct lecturer and Executive Coach at Southern Methodist University (SMU) in the MBA School’s Business Leadership Center and Executive MBA program.

Cathy works extensively with individuals in organizations ranging from start-up firms to Fortune 500 companies who strive to maximize their personal and professional effectiveness and excellence in the workplace. Cathy brings to her clients a passion for excellence, growth, purpose and results.
