REGISTRATION PRICE (Please read all, before you book your flights call Andrea March, 212-209-1571)

REGISTER Before November 2, 2015:
7 nights, $2,399 single occupancy

REGISTER after November 2, 2015:
7 nights, single occupancy: $2,699 per person
7 nights, double occupancy: $2,499 per person based on two people in a room
A deposit of $300 is required before December 2, 2015, after that all monies must be paid in full.

Cost of airfare is not included. All attendees are responsible for making their own flight reservations. We recommend trip insurance.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy

DEPOSITS: A deposit of $300 is required of which $100 is non-refundable before December 2, 2015, after that all monies must be paid in full. US credit cards and checks made out to Women's Leadership ExchangeŽ. We charge your credit card on the due date, unless we have heard from you beforehand in writing. Nonpayment on time may result in loss of your reservation at the hotel.

CANCELLATION: Due to the limited amount of rooms available, your reservation will not be confirmed, nor will a room be reserved, until we receive payment in full. Should you cancel any time after December 1st, 2015 and up to 30 days prior to the start of the retreat, a $300 cancellation fee will be deducted from your full payment before any money is returned to you. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the start of the retreat will forfeit 25% of the payment. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the start of the retreat will forfeit 50% of the payment. CANCELLATIONS IN WRITING ONLY!

Round Trip Transfer To The Airport
Transfers from the Mexico City Airport are with clearly marked modern hotel owned vans. Full price is $340 + 16% taxes round trip per van. If your transfers are very early, pre 8 AM you will pay a surcharge. We share these vans and try to divide the cost. If you arrive by 3PM on Feb. 28, 2016 and depart no earlier than 1PM on March 6, 2016, you will likely get a shared price on your transfer. If you cannot get a flight that arrives before 3pm on the 28th, you can stay overnight in Mexico City and meet us at the airport at 1pm on the 28th. The Mexico City Marriott is in the airport. Ultimate prices based on round trip transfers depend on numbers sharing. We will have more than one transfer based on the times of arrival and the number of women attending the WLE Spa Retreat. Transfers are non refundable! Once set, a change of your flight will result in a second transfer charge from the hotel.
Send us your flights as soon as booked; we will bill you more or less on December 15, 2015 for your non-refundable transfer costs. If more people book, we give you a refund and, if any cancel, we bill you again only if necessary. It is all done on a friendly fair basis. Some of you might need to wait a bit in the airport, but it is clean, safe and there are many amenities including WIFI.
If you decide to fly into Toluca, we will also try to help you with a share. The round trip cost from Toluca to the resort is $170+ 16% taxes. A share is less likely from Toluca Airport

IMPORTANT Documents That You Will Need:

Please note that you will need the following:
1. Up to date Passport with 6 months left on it from date of your departure from Mexico.
2. US citizens do not need a visa. Other nationals need to check with the Mexican Embassy for information on visas.
3. An arranged transfer from the airport to the resort round trip, which we will do for you.
4. Medicare is not available out of the US
